Owner is truelly knowledgeable, helpful, never pushy, and down to earth, which is quite the rarity at bike shops. Parts are reasonably priced, and the owner happily gave me installation tips. Also had a bottom bracket replaced, there were complicacifions removing the low quality original equipment, but they had a reasonably priced, well executed solution. Nice to see an American small business that still has some passonate, quality service.
